Transfer from Gatwick to London
The taxi driver wasn't waiting for us in the lobby but in a parking lot near the airport. We had to walk with our suitcases until we found him. Due to this mishap, we lost almost 40 minutes.

Since the driver had a prior service, he couldn't arrive earlier. To avoid making you wait inside, he suggested that it would be easier and faster for you to go directly to the parking lot where he was waiting. Your flight landed at 12:03, and we have confirmed that the transfer began at 12:47, which is within the stipulated time.

The taxi driver didn't show up at the agreed time; he sent us a WhatsApp message saying he had overslept. The emergency phone took a while to answer, and they picked us up more than half an hour late, and the taxi driver didn't speak Spanish.

We deeply regret what happened with the return service to the airport. The assigned driver encountered an issue, and we had to assign an emergency one. Your service was scheduled for 05:15 in the morning, and the driver picked you up at 05:38 (23 minutes late). However, you still arrived at the airport in just an hour. Regarding the language, when booking on iberotransfers, due to organizational reasons, we cannot guarantee that the assigned driver speaks Spanish, especially when the reservation is made less than 7 days in advance, as was your case.

Impeccable service. The driver Eduard arrived punctually to pick us up at the hotel and took us to the airport in his 100% electric vehicle very comfortably and safely. He brought us the booster seat we had requested and offered us an interesting conversation as he spoke Spanish well. We recommend Iberotransfers and will definitely repeat.
