The trip from the airport to the center of London went well. However, the driver was not waiting for us when we arrived; we had to wait for him for about 15 minutes. I'm not sure if it was because the plane also arrived 15 minutes late.

There was nearly an hour delay due to the taxi driver. We thought he wasn't waiting for us. We had trouble communicating with him. When we finally could, he told us he had encountered an accident. I must say, despite that, he provided the service and was very kind. However, the hour of waiting turned out to be stressful, especially since the plane landed at the scheduled time.

The driver, Mirela, was very punctual and very kind, which is very important when you're not very comfortable with English and you don't get a bad look. They send you an email the day before with all the details and emergency phone numbers. In conclusion, although it is more expensive than public transportation, it is totally recommended for a more comfortable and faster journey.
