The driver Adrian arrived a bit earlier than agreed, which was thoughtful, but he didn't engage in conversation during the long journey, which made it quite boring. I asked if the young girl could sit in the front because she was feeling sick, and although he eventually allowed it, he was reluctant. Additionally, he spoke Spanish but chose to communicate only in English, knowing we were Spanish. There was a lack of empathy on his part.

The driver Leticia was knowledgeable about the traffic, but she drove very fast. She didn't consider that we had 2 children; in fact, she had to stop twice because the younger girl was feeling sick. She took a lot of side streets before reaching the hotel. I missed having more conversation during such a long trip.

The pickup after the Champions League final was perfect - communication, punctuality, and a very friendly and professional driver all contributed to making our experience perfect. Thank you.

The company's service is good, but in this case, the driver was not as reliable. Communication via WhatsApp was only in English, and he took a long time to respond. He arrived 40 minutes late to the designated pickup point specified by the company. He apologized, mentioning a car issue that required him to change vehicles. I would recommend the company, though not necessarily this driver.

Very good service. The car was impeccable. The driver Mihai was from Romania but spoke Spanish. There was good communication beforehand via WhatsApp; he answered my questions and requests promptly. He was punctual and very professional. Totally recommended.

With driver Farah, it was not good. I understand that exiting the stadium can be chaotic, but his behavior didn't help at all. It took us an hour to find each other, and he was parked on a street without assisting us.

Our driver was timely picking us up and got us to the airport in a timely manner. One bad thing was he did text while driving us there, which is not so safe other than that it was great and we will totally recommend them in the future.
