We regret any inconvenience caused but we believe the driver compensated you adequately by taking you to dinner before dropping you off at your hotel.

The van left and left them behind; they were stranded without a battery and couldn't contact anyone. I understand they waited for a long time, but they had the flight number and could see they hadn't come out yet. I think they should give more time for flights arriving from another continent, as going through immigration can take at least an hour plus baggage claim.

You forgot to mention that you were detained in immigration and took over 3 hours to come out after the flight landed. Your phones were off, so we didn't even know if you had arrived or where you were.
Since we hadn't heard from you, the driver left to cover his next service. However, it is FALSE that we left you stranded because once you finally contacted us upon exiting, we sent an emergency driver we had in the area.
It's unfortunate. We don't fully understand what the issue is because we're not sure what we did wrong. Waiting for one hour from landing time is usually more than sufficient for 99% of cases.

Pros- was good at communicating his arrival
Cons- We felt very rushed by our driver. We had a 0300 pickup and at 0240 he was texting us if we were ready and he was there.
He also was a terrifying driver. He swerved in and out of traffic, narrowly missing cars. He also consistently drove over the speed limit. My daughter and I were scared we were going to be in an accident.
Overall, Anglo transfers was reliable and a good service. We just didn’t like this driver’s driving skills.

With no intention to defend the driver in any way, he arrived early because that night the Champions League Final had been played and the traffic was pretty hefty. He wanted to make sure you arrived on time at the airport. Obviously this doesn't excuse him from speeding and his erratic driving, so we really appreacite you letting us know, as only the client's can tell us about this. We will take corrective action so that this doesn't ever happen again. Please accept our apologies.

Transfer from London to Stansted
The driver Adrian arrived a bit earlier than agreed, which was thoughtful, but he didn't engage in conversation during the long journey, which made it quite boring. I asked if the young girl could sit in the front because she was feeling sick, and although he eventually allowed it, he was reluctant. Additionally, he spoke Spanish but chose to communicate only in English, knowing we were Spanish. There was a lack of empathy on his part.
