no tienen conductor en español,.Te recogen muy lejos de la terminal, y no te dejan en la salida junto al aeropuerto. Muy mal

Sentimos que no quedara satisfecho con los servicios prestados. Para reservas realizadas con menos de 7 días de antelación no podemos garantizar que el conductor asignado hable español. Y en cuanto a las recogidas en el aeropuerto de Luton, este está en obras y el punto de recogida lo han reubicado en el parking. Los conductores (ni nadie) tiene permitido acceder al hall de llegadas. Lamentablemente es algo que escapa de nuestro control y no podemos hacer nada al respecto. Lo sentimos.

Our driver, Ivan, contacted me 24 hours before our ride was scheduled. Ivan arrived at our hotel a bit early. We were ready and left for our transfer from London to the cruise ship in Southhampton. Excellent driver! They always kept in touch and were available any time I had questions. Fantastic service! I will use this company again.
