I wanted to take a moment to tell you that my daughter and I had an outstanding experience with Mohamed last night. Mohamed messaged me early in the day to confirm a pick up location for after the Taylor Swift concert as he knew traffic would be heavy. However, traffic and road closures prevented us from meeting at this spot. He communicated constantly with us throughout the process, keeping me and my daughter calm as we worked to find a new meeting spot. Ultimately, Mohamed parked his car and walked to where my daughter and I were standing. He then escorted us to his car and drove us to our hotel. I was impressed by his over the top actions to keep my daughter and I safe and calm. I wanted to be sure his kindness and professionalism were acknowledged. Thank you,

Muy bien todo llegada, recorrido y el conductor también, muy amable

Llego 1 hora tarde, se habia confundido en la hora de recogida y hasta que no lo llamamos no salio. Con el trafico de Londres, casi llegamos tarde, por suerte el vuelo se atraso.

El transporte cubrió mis expectativas. Recogida en el mismo aeropuerto y nos acerco hasta la puerta del hotel.

The pickup point was confusing and maybe could have been communicated better by the company, but the driver was great with working through that. He was very prompt and did a great job watching our flight status to make the pickup time very efficient. This is the second time using the company and I would not hesitate to use them again.
