The car that picked us up didn't have air conditioning. We were six people, and it got very hot in the back, especially since it was 30 degrees in London that day.

We regret the incident. The driver did not inform us that the air conditioning was broken. We have spoken with him, and he will not be providing any more services with us until he repairs it and has his vehicle in optimal condition. Thank you very much for letting us know.

We worked with you and offered you a new service for your new flight. You were the ones that were not willing to pay for the new service. The fact that your flight was cancelled is not our fault. Why should we run with its consequences and costs? It is the airline you should blame. We even explained how to claim back the expenses from the service you did not show up to. But yeah, we were the rude ones...
