We booked a service for 9 people. Two vehicles came, one arrived on time and was very professional during the trip. It was a Nero and took 4 people, who were very grateful for the service. The driver I got, who I think had a Mercedes Vito, arrived 40 minutes late and never informed us of the delay. We had to contact him ourselves. When he arrived at 13:40, he even scolded the hotel bellboy for helping us with our luggage, which was despicable. Upon arrival at Luton Airport, he dropped us off 90 minutes before the flight departure, didn’t apologize for the delay, and didn’t even say goodbye. He was extremely rude. I have nothing against this man, but it was the worst transfer service I’ve ever experienced. Since the airport was crowded at this time of year, we arrived at the check-in counter running and at the last call. I expect compensation from the company for the delay, the stress caused, the lack of foresight, and especially for the rudeness and lack of humility of a person who is not fit for this profession.

The driver was very friendly, and we chatted throughout the entire journey. The driving was flawless.

Just like the return trip, everything was excellent. The driver was punctual and very pleasant, and he spoke Spanish as requested, which was a plus. Both times, the vans were clean and well-prepared. Highly recommended.
