We arrived and he was already waiting for us, so very punctual. The car was top-notch in terms of cleanliness and driving. Francisco José’s service was excellent, so it was a great choice. Highly, highly recommended, and the driver spoke Spanish, which is what we requested. We were delighted.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very good.

They didn’t wait for us at the terminal but at the parking lot due to a parking issue. The transfer was pleasant, but when we arrived at the hotel, the driver had an unpleasant encounter with the hotel concierge, which was uncomfortable for us.

Everything was fine, except for the fact that the driver, Mesut, had very erratic driving, with sudden braking and acceleration. I am a professional driver (in the private sector) and in my company, he would have either been dismissed or at least given a warning. The hour-long trip was uncomfortable because of this, and my wife felt a bit nauseous. Other than that, he was punctual.
