We informed them 5 hours in advance that our flight would be delayed by 45 minutes, and I stayed in contact the whole time, even a minute before landing to ensure the driver wouldn't have to wait for me. To my surprise, when I arrived, I had to wait an hour and a half until they sent another driver.

Inicialmente tuvimos un problema porque a falta de 20 minutos de la hora de recogida, nos avisó el conductor para decirnos que no llegaría hasta 1 hora después. Sin embargo, al decirle que teníamos entradas compradas para una hora determinada y viendo que iba a ser imposible llegar a tiempo, avisó a la central y ésta gestionó de manera eficiente el envío de otro conductor que llegó en hora
