Excellent service: punctual communication from the driver the day before, absolute punctuality (he was there even before the agreed time), journey adapted to the traffic conditions, very pleasant conversation, friendly, polite and personable driver. Very clean vehicle.

Communication was good before arrival but when we arrived, he was not there I called and he wanted us to come to him not what I paid for I was told there would be someone waiting with a sign. When he finally came to us he took the lightest bag leaving us to struggle for the rest. On the 1 hr drive he spoke the entire time to someone on his phone. He was not very hospitable or help for tourists.
