Our driver was Somasundaram. He contacted us the day before our arrival, was very kind and polite, and even gave the kids a couple of chocolates. We loved both Iberotransfer’s service and Somasundaram’s professionalism. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The service was not professional at all. I have already submitted a formal complaint.

We’re sorry that the service did not meet your expectations, but we respectfully disagree with your assessment. As we explained in our email, the standard vehicle you requested (a Toyota Prius) was the exact one assigned, offering ample space for four passengers. Regarding the route, there is no motorway between central London and Gatwick (except for the final stretch on the M23), so the route taken was the usual one. In fact, your journey was completed in just 1 hour and 12 minutes, whereas the average travel time is around 1 hour and 30 minutes. There were no issues or irregularities with the service provided, so we believe your concerns may not accurately reflect the situation.
