Para los que no sabemos mucho inglés, es una ayuda disponer de este servicio y tener a gente tan agradable y dispuesta como Mustapha como conductor. Es siempre una ayuda. My daughter Sophie was waiting in arrivals for 1 hour and had no service in airport to ring He couldn’t contact her either and it seems while she was in arrivals where others had signs up where it was indicated to be he was through the doors at the lifts where it says meet and greet so it could have been better explained. It was lucky that I was able to ring from Ireland to sort out so he did come back and I agreed to pay for the parking I think it could have been explained a bit better as to where exactly to be as she’s only 18 and never in Heathrow before or travelled without us before and she sent me a pic of where she was in airport and it looked right to me He said he called her name but again they were in two different places so I think your driver needs to come into the arrivals hall but having said all that it was sorted in the end I like that you have numbers to contact but no service in the airport would be a prob for some I look at this as a slight hiccup but in fairness he came back and I was so happy they didn’t have to take the tube So yes all in all I would deffo use again as the return journey was excellent So I will rate very good instead of excellent on first part of journey only because it wasn’t reall made that clear about pickup
