The driver was not waiting for us at the arrivals hall with our name as advertised, so we had to call and wait a bit. Although he spoke very little Spanish, he was kind, and despite the heavy traffic, the transfer was fine.

The only issue was that the driver was not there when we arrived and took a little while to get there.

Thank you for your review. Your booking was scheduled for 14:00, and we have records confirming that the driver arrived at your hotel at 13:30 — half an hour early. Therefore, we genuinely do not understand your low rating.

The transfer was fine, but it took way too long. It was supposed to be just over an hour, but we ended up taking TWO AND A HALF HOURS. Luckily, we had extra time, but even then, we almost missed our flight. The time before we got on the highway felt endless. Also, they guarantee that the driver speaks Spanish, but nope—not a single word. The driver was very kind, but no Spanish at all. A bit disappointing, honestly.

When bookings are made on short notice (in your case, just three days in advance), we cannot always guarantee a Spanish-speaking driver, as assignments are made in order of reservation. Regarding travel time, traffic in London is unpredictable. While we always do our best to choose the optimal route, some factors are beyond our control. Nevertheless, we’re happy to hear you made it to your flight on time.
