The driver was waiting for us when we arrived, even though our flight landed early. He was very kind and friendly, and his Spanish was excellent. Even though the directions we were given to our accommodation weren’t very clear, he made sure to find the exact drop-off location. Everything was perfect.

The service was not professional at all. I have already submitted a formal complaint.

We’re sorry that the service did not meet your expectations, but we respectfully disagree with your assessment. As we explained in our email, the standard vehicle you requested (a Toyota Prius) was the exact one assigned, offering ample space for four passengers. Regarding the route, there is no motorway between central London and Gatwick (except for the final stretch on the M23), so the route taken was the usual one. In fact, your journey was completed in just 1 hour and 12 minutes, whereas the average travel time is around 1 hour and 30 minutes. There were no issues or irregularities with the service provided, so we believe your concerns may not accurately reflect the situation.
