Todo perfecto, el avion salio con media hora de retraso, avisamos al chofer por whatsapp de la incidencia, cuando llegamos comunicamos nuestra llegada y nos recogio sin problemas en la terminal

El carro llegó puntual, pero era pequeño para el número de personas, de acuerdo al servicio contratado (4 adultos con 4 maletas y 4 carry on), nos acomodamos un poco apretados y llegamos bien. La conductora asignada, fue amable.

We waited more than 20 min even if the driver knew we had landed and got our luggage. He asked us to go to a parking level and send him the row #, which turned up to be an area he could not access. Other than that, excellent service.

El chofer fue super puntual y muy amable, incluso hablo por tfn por nosotros ya que no sabiamos ingles, para rramitarnos la salida del aoartamento

FATALMENTE MI VUELO DESDE ALICANTE LLEGO CON 35 MINUTOS DE RETRASO Y SU CONDUCTOR NOS OBLIGÓ A PAGARLE UN SUPLEMENTO DE PARKING. INFORMÉ A LA EMPRESA Y ESE MISMO DÍA ME DEVOLVIERON EL DINERO, PUES NO CORRESPONDÍA EL SUPLEMENTO. ES DE AGRADECER LA RÁPIDA RESPUESTA. GRAVE FALLO DEL CONDUCTOR.
