The information of the driver and the vehicle is not the same as provided in the email. The driver did call me and asked me to call him back when we left the immigration counter. I did so, supposing that he was waiting for us at the arrival hall. We waited for about 5 minutes, then called him, and found out that he was not waiting for us at the arrival hall, but in his car in the car park. He asked us if we would go to the parking area to meet him. That’s ridiculous! As a tourist, I didn’t know the way to get there, so I asked him to pick us up at the arrival hall. That made us wait for him for another 15 minutes. When we met, the driver was talking on the phone, without a proper greeting to us. Actually, he talked and talked on the phone along way from the airport to our destination, even when he was driving. We were a bit worried about road safety.

Muy Bien. Muy puntual, el conductor muy atento y el vehículo en óptimas condiciones. quisimos adelantar la recogida y gracias a que contactaban con Whatsapp pudimos hacerlo sin problema. Un 10 para Francisco José, el chófer.

Conductor muy puntual, incluso llegó 10 minutos antes, muy amable y simpático. En mi caso el traslado desde Caledonian estación hasta el aeropuerto de Heathrow fueron 55£
