Our flight was late and our driver was there to pick us up and was very good unfortunately we had booked a car seat and this was not supplied. I realise under UK law he was not required to be in a car seat but in NZ he is and has always been in one. We have another booking and would not want this to be repeated.

I landed in London Heathrow T3 5:36am. Arrived passport control 6:12am. Met my driver 6:20am. I believe successful communication is both ways. As a client I must be proactive to inform my driver immediately upon landing and every key milestone thereafter, so that we avoid misunderstanding and unnecessary delays. I am extremely impressed with my driver Mr. Iulian Sacagiu. He is extremely polite, professional and strong (carried my luggage up two flights of stairs from airport arrival entrance to carpark). Throughout the journey from airport to hotel he kept the music soft and didn’t talk much which works for me perfectly because I was exhausted from the 12-hour flight and needed a quiet moment in the car ride. In conclusion I would highly recommend www.anglotransfers.com to anyone who deserves professional high quality transportation in UK.

Coche limpio y sin olores y conductor muy amable aunque su español escaso pero suficiente para entenderte.
