We would have liked him to be waiting with the sign as we had requested, because he arrived late and it was meant to be a surprise for the child. Then he made us walk a bit with the suitcases to where the car was parked.

Our driver was wonderful - he was on top of the port traffic prior to our pick up time and arrived early. He reached out to check our progress on leaving the ship and communicated his location. He handled our luggage and got us on the road timely. He was friendly and informative, provided great customer service and delivered us to our destination on time. I would highly recommend Anglo Transfers.

Nos recogió tarde, más de una hora desde el aterrizaje a la recogida(cuando daban 30 minutos para pasar el control).Además,no nos recogió en el aeropuerto sino en un hotel al lado del mismo. En medio del trayecto paró a echar gasolina y comprar un café.

El conductor Jorge Palau fue un gran anfitrión, viajar con el es 100 % recomendables.
Lo único, la compañía no atendió a mis demandas y no comunico al conductor mis necesidades de silleta en el coche para bebe.

Han sido puntuales, muy organizados. Hemos recibido el día anterior los datos del chófer y del vehículo. El chófer se ha puesto en contacto por WhatsApp también. Excelente.
