They picked us up 30 minutes late. They did inform us of a delay, but said it would be 15 minutes, not 30. The driver didn’t speak Spanish. We didn’t like how he drove — there were a few jerks. And to top it off, it was very hot in the car, so much so that the windows fogged up. He didn’t turn on the air conditioning until we finally asked because we couldn’t stand the heat any longer.

We’re sorry that the transfer did not meet your expectations.
An hour before your scheduled pickup, we informed you that the driver was delayed due to a previous flight running late, and that he would arrive approximately 20 minutes behind schedule. Since you were heading to the airport, we offered to send an emergency vehicle, but you responded that it wasn’t a problem and that you were happy to wait as you had plenty of time. In the end, the driver arrived exactly 26 minutes late.
Regarding the language, Spanish-speaking drivers booked on iberotransfers are assigned based on availability. You made your booking just three days in advance during Easter week, so all Spanish-speaking drivers had already been assigned weeks earlier.
As for the driving, this is the first time we have received a complaint of this nature about this particular driver. However, we take your feedback seriously and will bear it in mind.
Finally, regarding the temperature: on April 16th, 2025 (the date of your transfer), the maximum temperature in London was 14°C. At this temperature, it’s not common to use air conditioning. Nonetheless, once you requested it, the driver switched it on without any issue.

Highly recommended. We arrived close to midnight, and our driver Somasandarum was excellent — very polite and professional. We can only recommend Iberotransfers and will book again whenever we need to.
