Belal contacted us the day before, and as soon as we landed he kept us updated on where he was so he could pick us up as soon as we exited the terminal.

The driver was going very fast, the driving was quite rough, and he was on the phone the whole time.

Julian was fantastic!! He carried on conversation going thru London. He told things that we had no prior knowledge of. He pointed out some sites that were of note. He talked about the different districts in London. His route allowed us to see more of the neighborhoods that otherwise we would have missed. When necessary would use this service again.

Just like the trip to the airport was great, the return trip was excellent too. Rachid is a great professional — kind, polite and attentive at all times. No problems at all. He kept in touch, even called before arriving to let us know.

The driver was very kind at all times, but he was late and we had to wait over 40 minutes after landing at 1 a.m.
