The driver arrived about 45 minutes late. There was a lot of traffic, and although he tried to change routes, we kept hitting more traffic. Still, I have used this service before and everything went very well.

Our driver was very courteous and on time but we were extremely concerned when he seemed to get very drowsy while driving us and also appeared to be falling asleep on the 2 hour transfer. We used your services 3 times on our vacation and was very pleased with services but this last transfer was a very scary situation!

Transfer from London to Heathrow
The day before the transfer, I received the driver’s details. I contacted him via WhatsApp to ask if he could pick me up 30 minutes earlier, and he agreed. On the day of the transfer, he did not arrive at the agreed time, and when I contacted the emergency number on WhatsApp, they told me he would arrive in 5 minutes.

Thank you for your comment. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. The originally assigned driver had a last-minute issue and had to be replaced. Unfortunately, the time change was not communicated to us. To avoid this type of situation in the future, we recommend that any modifications be arranged directly with us on our emergency hotlines. We are glad to know that, despite this, the transfer went well.
