Utilizamos el servicio el pasado 31 de Mayo. Valorar la puntualidad del servicio que estaba esperándonos 20 minutos antes de lo contratado y a pesar de los atascos que padecimos al ser hora punta y viernes llegamos al aeropuerto de Stansted con el tiempo necesario para embarcar maletas y comer algo. Agradecemos a nuestro chofer Fran que nos tranquilizara en todo momento que llegaríamos a tiempo. Algo negativo son los avisos que mandan por email ya que mucha gente ,como es mi caso ,no abre los correos diariamente y el servicio que contraté al llegar a Londres me fue cancelado por no aceptar a tiempo una nueva tarifa que me habían aplicado,creo que esos avisos se deberían hacer por medio de Whatsapp o llamada.

Todo perfecto. El conductor muy amable, coche moderno muy limpio. Se mantienen en contacto contigo desde antes de iniciar el viaje hasta Londres

We stayed in London for a conference, and used anglotransfers for our transportation. Driver was on time, phone and email was provided for emergency just in case and in whole very professional.

Desde que hice la reservación hasta me recibimiento en Londres , hubo una excelente comunicación . Marc me recogió a tiempo . Mi vuelo se retrasó, yo ke pude informar a tiempo y Marc, el conductor coordinó todo muy bien !

The ride was well. Mr. Selveraj, our driver was early and he drives fast and very well.

Very pleasant trip from the airport to our hotel. I liked that we were assigned a driver a day before and he contacted me to confirm the details. At the airport I was in contact with the driver so everything went smoothly. Polite and friend driver who made sure we were comfortable. Thumbs up :-)

Our driver was on time, an excellent driver I’d say, very polite, the journey was comfortable and we arrived on time even if there was some traffic jam. I won’t forget about your service if there’ll be a next trip, thanks a lot.

Olivian was very kind and personable. We had a slight delay getting off the plane, and when I turned my phone on, I saw that he had already called to let us know that he was there and where he was located. He was on time and waiting for us when we came out of customs. My husband enjoyed speaking with him as we drove into London and in no time we were at our apartment. Wonderful experience!

Brilliant! Raj was waiting for us when we came out of our apt. He had called ahead to say he was parked on the corner (as our apt. building required drop off, pick up parking only). In no time, we were at Heathrow - well done!

Driver was on time waiting for us as we exited the airport with a sign. Driver was friendly and polite. I do wish they would take a credit card like taxis do as it is a pain getting cash.
