I was expecting to be picked up inside the terminal. I understand the flight was delayed and it was not possible, but a bit more information beforehand would have helped. I had a few minutes of uncertainty. Still, the response was very good and the instructions were clear. I would recommend the service and will use it again for sure.

The transfer was arranged on short notice and the process was excellent. The person who assisted me sorted everything out quickly. The transfer itself was perfect. The driver kept in touch with me via WhatsApp and made sure everything went smoothly. A very comfortable and pleasant ride.

The driver arrived about 45 minutes late. There was a lot of traffic, and although he tried to change routes, we kept hitting more traffic. Still, I have used this service before and everything went very well.
