Encantados con el servicio. Nuestro chofer fue Fran. Fue rápido y cómodo y al ser españoles y el hablar castellano, nos sirvió también de guía!!

Ha sido totalmente satisfactorio.
Para nosotros ha sido importante tener contacto con anterioridad con la persona que nos vendría a recoger, poder estar en contacto directo con el en el momento de la llegada y luego traslado tambien muy bien. Gracias

Upon arrival the driver did not provide any help to take the luggages to the car. We had to push it on our own. Upon arrival to the hotel he left the luggages on the street and my wife had to carry her own luggage and now she has serious back pain. I will provide a review on Tripadvisor as well. We will not be using your company again. Customer service should be a priority.

Customer service is a priority but unfortunately carrying heavy luggage around the airport or around the hotel is not among the driver’s duties. Having said this, we are sure that he would have helped had you asked, as we had never had this sort of problem before with any other passenger or with this driver in the past. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused but glad the service went well and that you arrived comfortably and safely to your destination.

Nos tocó otra vez Marc y un segundo conductor.Nos esperaron en la puerta del hotel,fueron muy amables y nos dejaron en la terminal q teníamos pedido.

Buenos días!
Éramos 10 personas.Teníamos dos conductores,uno era Marc español fue magnífico,nos esperó en la terminal con el cartel,muy amable y nos explicó mucho sobre Londres.
El segundo conductor quería q fuéramos dónde el estaba aparcado,fue Liluan.
Marc le llamó y lo solucionó
Muchas gracias a Marc,la próxima vez q vuelva a Londres lo solicitaré

Considerable insatisfacción con el conductor por varios motivos, por lo que NO les recomendaría ya que espero que me ofrezcan un servicio con un conductor que no me haga esperar en el aeropuerto, que no este hablando por teléfono todo el trayecto y no aspire sus flemas mas de cien veces con mi familia en el coche. Estuvimos a punto de bajarnos antes de llegar al destino contratado
