This trip was excellent. Punctual and very helpful with our luggage.

Our previous booking (AT-7FBB3)was very disappointing. The driver did not notify us of his contact details. Our flight arrived four hours late. I tried to make contact with the driver. The response I received did not indicate if he would be waiting for us or not. I understand the terms and conditions but better communication is necessary. I am hesitant to use you again because of this experience.

They were late, and one of the drivers dropped my relatives off at the wrong hotel.

My driver contacted me the day prior to confirm, and then alerted me the morning of the pickup that he could be early which worked fine for us. Car was clean and his driving was excellent. Service was well worth the cost.

The transportation service was excellent; however, the person assigned to pick us up was NEVER aware of our arrival at International Arrivals, and it wasn't until we managed to locate him that more than an hour had passed.

Our driver was on time (actually a little early) very courteous and personable. He delivered us safely and in a timely manner to our destination. His vehicle was comfortable and our overall experience was excellent. Would definitely book again next time we are in London!

I wish I could attach a picture of my WhatsApp communications with the driver. At 10:31 AM he stated he is coming into the building. He knew that the last flight was arriving at 10:15 because he did a thumbs up when I told him earlier that morning. He originally said he comes in a half hour later, which would’ve been 10:45 AM. They ended up not having their luggage after waiting for a long time and then had to go fill out paperwork. The driver was constantly asking me where they are and why they aren’t there, they should’ve had their luggage, I can’t keep waiting, etc. etc etc It was making me a nervous wreck, and I kept texting the two people who were coming on that flight and I know they were frazzled as well.. Then when he drops us off, he tells us he had to wait three hours which was an absolute lie and charged us a LOT extra (can’t remember the exact amount so I don’t want to quote it, but it was definitely exorbitant) and told us he would ONLY accept cash so we all had to use up almost all the cash we brought because we assumed we could use a credit card. Totally unprofessional and the fact he would only take cash when he took a credit card for the original payment showed me that this company is very dishonest. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Very attentive to details and a great professional. A very pleasant transfer.

The trip there was incredibly good. The vehicle was super luxurious and comfortable, he offered us water and tissues, the temperature was just right, everything was wonderful. The return trip was a bit worse. The car wasn't as comfortable and there was no water or music. It could be improved for the price you pay.
