The driver was very friendly and punctual.

Octavian was great. Always professional, timely, and keeps in good contact. His executive Mercedes was very comfortable for the transportation from Southampton to Central London. I recommend him highly.

Bit of a mix up with the journey. I had very clearly articulated via email that there would be a stop off for two passengers. This was what the quote was based on (in writing from the company) and this is what the confirmation from the company also noted. The driver was unaware and I had to speak to the company who also seemed unaware. Problem was resolved but added a little extra stress.

Giuseppe was our operator for this transfer. He arrived very punctually at the meeting point we agreed on the day before via WhatsApp. The journey went as booked, and he was very accommodating when we spent more time at a place we found interesting, then gave us options to make up for it.

Our transfer was very smooth and our driver was polite and helpful. The only negative comments are that we weren’t met at arrivals by the driver, but had to walk to meet him at the drop off/pick up point. Also our actual driver was not the named driver we were told/given.

Recommendation for the transfer, punctuality, and comfort. The driver we had was a bit impertinent with his personal questions. He asked us what we did for a living and insisted on knowing if he didn't like the answer. We were two people, and he asked what our relationship was, and he told some out-of-line stories... In short, he'd have been better off staying quiet. The car and journey were fine.

Flight was late, but our driver kept in touch and was very prompt and efficient.
