Rachid, our driver was superb. The flight was late and we were in constant communication to pick us up when it arrived. During the drive we had a pleasant chat about London. His driving was fantastic. I recommend him for anyone flying into Stansted.

We waited for an hour and a half. We called the emergency numbers, 48 hours later we still had no answer. When we had already hired another transfer at 2am we went outside and saw a van arriving claiming to be Ibero transfers. We insist that 48 hours later we have not received any response to WhatsApp, mail or other means. SCAMMERS!!!!

What if instead of calling us scammers you tell what actually happened?
The driver was waiting for them in the arrivals hall, but for some reason you did not meet each other. Since the cell phone you indicated on your booking was incorrect, the driver could not get in touch with you. And what did you do? Instead of texting him via WhatsApp or calling the 24-hour emergency number, you decided to call the iberotransfers customer service WhatsApp (which is not).
After a long time wandering around the airport, the driver finally located you in the departures lounge and the service was carry out without any other major issue.
