The driver did not know Spanish and was waiting for us in the airport car park, not at the exit.

Waiting half an hour at 1am is not good service. Paying £90 for it makes it a very bad service. I will not repeat.

The driver assigned to your service could not wait any longer and we had to assign you an alternative driver. He picked you up within the one hour window after landing.

Our flight was delayed and we were charged for parking.

We do not charge for flight delays. You were a parking surcharge because you took more than 1 hour to leave the airport from landing time.
