It was an older Mercedes than the one on the trip from Stansted to London. You could tell.

The Mercedes Vito van you took on the outbound trip was from 2020 while the one for your return trip was from 2019. We are sorry that being assigned a van registered a year earlier was not to your liking, but we are glad that the outbound trip fully met your expectations (even though you did not leave a comment). I have already sent you an email explaining the reasons for my negative review. I hope that the transfer from the Montana hotel to Gatwick airport that I have booked for the 10th will be carried out in acceptable conditions.

Your complaint was that the driver was not waiting for you in the arrivals hall. After insisting, he eventually went in to look for you and your transfer was carried out correctly and satisfactorily. We understand your frustration and have already apologized for it, but to say that it was not carried out under acceptable conditions is going too far
