Transfer from Stansted to London
The driver arrived late and could not speak Spanish as you claim on your iberotransfers site.

We are sorry for the delay but according to our records the driver picked you up within 60 minutes from landing.
Regarding the language, we only claim that most of our drivers can also speak Spanish but we do not guarantee that all drivers assigned will speak Spanish. Sorry.

Marius was a great driver, very friendly and helpful. He contacted me hours in advance to make sure the we had enough margin between pick up time and flight departure. We ended up bringing the pick up forward by half an hour to take it easy and we thank God we did because an accident on the motorway delayed us for a while.

The driver was all the time checking his emails and talking on the phone. I think that for the safety of the passengers, the use of mobile phones should not be allowed.
