We kindly asked him to lower the windows because it was very hot and we were feeling sick, but he ignored us...we got sick in the car and he didn't even ask how we were feeling or if we needed to stop. When we arrived at the hotel, he quickly dropped off our luggage and left.

We decided to book iberotransfer's services because we were traveling with children and, although the cost of the transfer from the airport to the hotel was higher than using public transportation, we thought it was the best option. Nowadays, traveling can be exhausting, from the moment you wake up until you arrive at the hotel room, it can be a journey full of queues, races, paperwork, and crowds. So, what better than having someone pick you up at the airport? If a company is made up of people, Iberotransfer is an excellent example of outstanding customer service. Although we requested a Spanish-speaking driver - for the sake of getting the maximum information from a Spanish perspective - as we only booked two days before, it was not possible, and Abdiqaadir was assigned to us. If I say that the transfer was a delight, I am underrating it. He was polite, willing, and friendly. This excellent driver compensated for all the stress and fatigue of the trip with his kindness, making us arrive in London on a good note. Furthermore, as an anecdote, he wants to learn Spanish, and during the journey, we were teaching him Spanish words and phrases. He is charming and highly recommended.
