Very good service and a very friendly driver. Totally recommendable.

The person who picked us up at the airport used my phone number to ask me to bring him tobacco from my home country a few days before our scheduled pick-up. When he arrived at the airport to pick us up, he was waiting outside and in a hurry, even though our flight arrived earlier than expected. We were very unhappy with the smell inside the transfer vehicle, it was impossible to breathe. We requested in advance that the return service be changed to another driver. After several calls with very little interest on their part, the same driver showed up on the day of the pick-up and wanted to take us to other parts of London on the way to the airport because he thought we had time. In summary, I believe that the service needs to improve in terms of vehicle cleanliness, driver's hygiene and attire, and customer service. Also, using the client's phone number as the sole contact for the transfer is not acceptable. The price of transfer services in London is not cheap, so this type of horrible service is not acceptable, especially for a round-trip transfer. If I want to hire a tour guide, I will do it myself.

They were already waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. The driver was very friendly and despite the length of the journey, everyone was very comfortable.
