He was the only transfer service that wasn't waiting for me when I arrived. It took a little over 10 minutes. Next time I'll use Uber.

I was expecting to be picked up at the arrival gate since we were not familiar with the airport. This was our first time using this services and we had to go down to the car park, which was confusing.
