They advertised a Spanish-speaking driver on iberotransfers, but that was not the case. Furthermore, we had to repeatedly ask the driver to stop using his phone while driving, as it is dangerous, but he didn't seem to understand us and continued doing so.

You made the reservation with less than 2 days' notice, so we no longer had Spanish-speaking drivers available on iberotransfers. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Regarding the use of mobile phones while driving in the UK, it is permitted as long as the phone is securely mounted on the dashboard and not held by the driver's hand.

There was a 1 hour and 15-minute delay at the airport due to a security check. Despite informing the driver about the issue, I was charged an additional £15. It is important to acknowledge that my belongings and time are valuable as well. Upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that one of my large suitcases had been damaged from falling off the driver's cart, and there was also a delay of over 40 minutes to exit the airport. Let's respect all aspects of the service. For these reasons, I express my dissatisfaction.

The driver was already inside the terminal when you informed him about the delay, so the parking meter time was already running. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Regarding the issue with the suitcase, the driver's account differs significantly from your description. As for the delay in exiting the airport, the driver took you to your vehicle as quickly as possible, considering the congested situation that day. What would the driver gain by intentionally making you waste time at the airport, especially when our prices are fixed?
