The driver requested on iberotransfers did not speak Spanish, and it was quite challenging to communicate and meet at the pick-up point.

We apologize for not being able to assign a Spanish-speaking driver. As stated on iberotransfers site, Spanish-speaking drivers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and you made the reservation with only 2 days' notice. We recommend booking at least one week in advance to ensure the availability of a Spanish-speaking driver.

Despite notifying the 20-minute delay in my flight's arrival, I had to wait for the driver for about 20 minutes. He didn't have any sign to identify himself with me... The 2-hour journey was unpleasant due to the poor driving and the lack of air conditioning in the vehicle.

We had an extraordinary service. We had a problem with our flights, and they changed our service without any problem and arranged for a Spanish-speaking driver in case we had any issues at the airport. We are delighted with the service.
