The car had a tobacco smell and was quite dirty, with coffee cups and empty bottles on the passenger seat. The driver was unfriendly, texting on WhatsApp while driving. He didn't assist us with our luggage upon arriving at the airport. It was a far cry from the charming driver who picked us up at Gatwick upon our arrival in London.
