Everything was fantastic. The day before, the driver sent us a message to confirm the flight time. The flight ended up arriving a little earlier, and even so, he was already waiting for us. During the journey, he answered all of our questions and provided information about the trip. I highly recommend it without any doubt.

When we arrived, the driver contacted us to let us know he would be in the entrance hall. After passing through the controls, I looked for him in the entrance hall but there was no sign or anything to identify him. I messaged him, and he told me he would be at a location where he wasn't. I searched for him, called him, and after five minutes, he appeared without any distinguishing features and simply asked if I was Juan... Once in the vehicle, I'm not sure if he was annoyed that I had called him earlier to find out where he was, but his demeanor was cold and distant, making the journey of over an hour very uncomfortable. That's why I didn't use the service again on my return, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Considering the price paid for this type of service, I believe a more professional and empathetic approach is necessary. Regards.
