The confirmed driver did not notify that she wouldn't be able to make it. I found out because another person, who didn't speak Spanish and didn't have a sign, called me while I was already looking for her, claiming to be the replacement. The original driver did not answer calls or messages to clarify the situation. The replacement assured me that they were doing us a favor and demanded payment for the extra time they waited due to the dispute (about 7 pounds) caused by your company. Left with no other options, I had to get into their car with my family, something I would NEVER do in Mexico. Once on the journey, the replacement was friendly and a good driver. I hope not to experience such surprises on my return transfer.

The pickup was a bit complicated because the driver didn't speak Spanish as we requested on iberotransfers and it took me a while to reach his location. The driver was super charming and friendly though.

We were in contact via WhatsApp since the day before the trip. The flight was delayed, and he picked us up promptly when we informed him. He helped us with the luggage, offered us water, and assisted with all our questions.

On the trip to London, our assigned driver changed. The assigned driver contacted me via WhatsApp and requested that I inform her once we had landed, which I did through WhatsApp. She didn't speak Spanish as requested, though that's not a negative at all. I speak English. The flight arrived 20 minutes late, but baggage claim was very fast. We waited for a while in the arrivals hall, and as she didn't show up (my husband and son were getting impatient), I called her on the phone. She apologized because she had encountered a traffic jam. We had time to grab a snack at the Costa Café in the arrivals hall while waiting. We waited for about an hour or so. Despite that, I rate it as "good" because the driver was friendly, apologized, and I understand that traffic can be terrible at that time. Since it was the trip to the hotel, I wasn't too worried because I didn't have any specific plans, but there was a lack of punctuality.
