Se le asignó un vehículo turismo standard tal y como ustedes contrataron. Un Kia E-Niro para ser exactos. El problema es que ustedes viajaron con 4 maletas facturadas en vez de las 2 facturadas + 2 de cabina que declararon que iban a llevar.

The driver didn't wait for us in the airport hall with the sign displaying our name, so we had to go outside the terminal to find him. However, the worst part was that he wanted us to pay for the parking fee, even though it was included for the first hour, and we left well before that. Moreover, the amount he asked for indicated that he hadn't been there for more than 15 minutes. In the end, he paid for it himself, and the transfer was quick. But the feeling of being taken advantage of right after landing was very unpleasant.
