We had to find the driver. He was not to be found. I called the emergency number. And even then, I found him after being told he would meet us at Costa Coffee at Stansted. He was just wandering aimlessly looking at his phone. As a driver - he was fine but half of the issue of having a driver meet you at the airport…is being greeted promptly and made to feel safe. I tipped the driver well - because he was a good driver and the drive is safe. But the most important thing is reliability and that wasn’t present at all.
