I had an issue and missed the outbound journey because I couldn't change the schedule, and the return trip was not when I initially booked.
Response from anglotransfers:
The issue with the outbound journey was that you missed the flight and didn't want to book a new service for the flight you took the next day. As for the return trip, your booking was scheduled for 05:30 in the morning, and the night before (with less than 12 hours' notice), you wanted to delay it to 06:00. The driver told you that this change was not possible because he already had subsequent services, and even leaving at 05:30, you would arrive very close to the airport (as it turned out). It's a shame that you've misrepresented the facts in this way, but we're glad you didn't miss the return flight.
