Punctuality and kindness. The driver was concerned the day before about the departure time so that we would arrive at the airport on time. He was punctual at 3 AM.

The driver was not waiting for us with a sign, we had to send him a photo of where we were, and to top it off, he left us off at a different hotel than ours. We will not recommend your company.

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the services provided. The driver was not waiting for you with a sign, because your flight landed 24 minutes earlier than scheduled and when he arrived you had already left. The driver asked you for a photo to go directly to where you were and thus waste less time. And as for the hotel, according to our GPS records of the driver, he dropped you off at the door of the hotel indicated in the reservation, so we do not quite understand your complaint.
