The taxi was punctual, and we arrived at the airport with enough time. However, I consider that the vehicle was small for 5 travelers and their luggage, so the journey was quite uncomfortable.

In a MPV we limit luggage to a maximum of 1 carry-on per person when 5 people are traveling because there is no physical space for more.
You indicated that you would have this luggage, but then you arrived with 4 carry-ons and 1 checked suitcase, disregarding our notice.
You were fortunate that the MPV was large enough, and all your luggage fit.
