Excellent driver

Perfect

The driver was falling asleep and both my family and I did not feel safe during the transfer. We did not complain about being picked up an hour and a half early because the airport was busy, but the driver's condition was not ideal.

I would like to comment on a problem we had at the airport. The drivers did not wear any identification, no signs, nothing that identified them. It was impossible to find them among so many people. One of the drivers, the one who was waiting for us at the parking lot, had his phone on all the time. How could we know that he was waiting for us in the parking lot? Fortunately, the other driver called us back, but it still took us a long time to find him. We spent more than half an hour waiting at the airport until we could find one of the drivers. This was a very frustrating experience. We were tired and stressed from our flight, and we just wanted to get to our hotel. I think it is important for transfer services to have a clear and visible identification system for their drivers. This would make it much easier for passengers to find their drivers and avoid unnecessary delays.
