El trato por parte del conductor fue más que correcto.
Estuvimos en contacto por problemas de acceso al hotel por un mercado y nos recogió antes de la hora.
El transporte estaba limpio y era muy cómodo.
Sin duda recomendaremos iberotransfers!

When we arrived at the terminal, the driver wasn't there. We had to wait more than half an hour for him to arrive, and after all that, we had to go find him at the spot where he was arriving.

We regret your dissatisfaction, but we must clarify the situation based on the service report: The driver arrived at the airport before landing and was waiting for you accordingly. He tried to contact you repeatedly, but the phone number provided in the booking was switched off. Since you did not appear, he decided to wait outside the terminal to avoid incurring high parking fees. After nearly 90 minutes of waiting, he finally heard from you from a different number, and he politely explained how to get to his location so as not to delay the pickup any further. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this lack of communication, which was beyond our control.

The gentleman was very kind and he looked after us very well. He helped with the luggage, waited while we picked up keys at one place, and dropped us off 2 minutes away at another because we had children and it was raining. We were delighted with Mr. Mohamed.

I booked with iberotransfers because I read on your website that all your drivers speak Spanish, and for our group that was an advantage, but that wasn't the case.

However, we must clarify a small misunderstanding: on our Spanish website iberotransfers, we state that the majority of our drivers speak Spanish, but we do not indicate that "all" of them do, since due to logistical reasons and during high-demand dates like the December bank holidays, we cannot always guarantee this 100%. We regret that on this occasion it was not possible to assign one to you, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused regarding communication.

It was actually quite a disappointment. I booked on iberotransfers because the driver was supposed to be Spanish, but he didn't understand us at all.

The driver was waiting for us at the airport express pickup, but we were delayed a little while by passport control queues, so he had to leave the car park. There was a misunderstanding on WhatsApp and we thought he wasn't going to pick us up, but he wrote to tell us he was on his way back. He was very nice and friendly to us.

A 2 hour 15 minute journey to get to London from Gatwick. Not recommended at all. Better to go by train, you'll save time and money.

Thank you very much for your comment. We are sorry that the journey was delayed due to traffic, but despite our best efforts to always choose the best routes, London is one of the most congested cities in the world and, for now, we do not yet have the power to control the traffic. We are sorry.
In any case, please rest assured that the driver always seeks the fastest route, as our fares are fixed and they gain no benefit from taking longer.
Regarding the train, it is a quick option only if your accommodation is right next to the station. Otherwise, the time and effort involved in hauling luggage during transfers and then getting from Victoria Station to your accommodation means that door-to-door service remains the most comfortable option (and if you are traveling in a group, it is often more economical).
