Transfer from Heathrow to London
My driver got caught behind an accident and had trouble parking. That happens. But he did not communicate with me about the situation so I was left not knowing where he was or if he was on his way, even after my attempts to contact him on WhatsApp.

Your review is not totally accurate. A van got stuck in the car park due to its height and blocked the access. Our driver was just behind. He spoke with you TWICE on the phone and even sent you a video via WhatsApp to let you know about the situation. Your flight landed at 09:40h and driver picked you up at 10:11h, just as expected. You just disembarked and went through customs in way less time than usual, which gave you the feeling that driver was late.

Nos hicieron esperar 25 minutos. Nos cambiaron varias veces de conductor asignado. Mientras esperábamos, nos indicaron que nos recogerían 3 vehículos diferentes., y siempre decían que era inminente. Finalmente, el vehículo que nos recogió era un Uber al que tuvieron que recurrir. El conductor de este Uber no hablaba nada de español. No se ofrecieron a devolvernos al menos parte del importe. Una mala experiencia que no recomendaría.

Como ya le explicamos, hubo un accidente que bloqueó el acceso al aeropuerto (algo totalmente fuera de nuestro control). Le buscamos conductores alternativos que teníamos por la zona pero ninguno podía sortear el atasco y llegar a tiempo. Para no hacerle esperar, se nos ocurrió recurrir a enviarle un Uber que ya estaba en el aeropuerto. Le recogimos en menos de una hora tras el aterrizaje por lo que no le corresponde compensación alguna. Sentimos la supuesta mala experiencia recibida pero lo hicimos todo por su bien. Una pena.

Un viaje comodisimo, y ameno gracias a Francisco jose. Un conductor muy amable y con una conducción muy suave y sin sobresaltos. El servicio súper puntual y mejor si cabe de lo esperado. No dudaré en volver a contratarlo cuando lo necesite.
