Quality transfer

Much better than the first trip, the driver arrived at the agreed time and drove well. He spoke Spanish and was very friendly.

The transfer was perfect and without any issues. The driver was friendly and professional. We had all the information about the driver the day before, and he even contacted us. It’s reassuring not to worry about the airport transfer during those slightly stressful moments before catching a flight.

It’s like taking an Uber but much more expensive. It’s not worth it.

We had to wait 5-10 minutes for the driver to arrive and pick us up, but all was well.

The ride in the car was good, and the driver was safe. However, he arrived 20 minutes late and did not even attempt to help us with our luggage. It was not a pleasant experience.

Everything as planned: information the day before about the assigned driver, contact in case of incidents or emergencies, confirmation of schedules, origin, and destination. Contact upon arrival at the airport. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. Joseph, a Spanish-speaking driver, was very friendly and pleasant. The trip was perfect.

Terrible driver, no support to lady carrying suitcase, no communication with for the length of the trip (more than 90 minutes) talking over the phone with someone at all times, no able even to enjoy music as he was so loud talking in foreign language. Sorry but you have to give little service to your customers.

Punctual driver. He provided us with useful directions for our stay in London.

There was a lot of traffic, and I believe that’s why it took us a bit longer than expected. I think the driver tried to choose a less crowded route.
