They assigned us a driver who didn't speak Spanish despite our request, which we didn't consider a big issue since it was a possibility. What we didn't like is that we waited for him for more than 20 minutes upon our arrival at the departure area of Luton terminal, which should have been the opposite. When we chose this option, it was to save time on our visit to London. In our case, with the time lost, any other option would have been better. After meeting the assigned driver, we had to walk more than 10 minutes to the parking lot where he left his vehicle, although there were other closer spots available. Once we arrived at the car, the driver didn't let us get in until he cleaned the car and put a few beer cans inside a bag. This made us feel insecure, especially while traveling with small children. In summary, we hired the service to save time on our first day in London, for convenience, safety, and especially because of the good references we had read about this service. Unfortunately, and very regretfully, our experience was not as expected, especially when making such an expenditure; in our case, we would not repeat it.
