Everything was phenomenal.

Our experience was fine and we arrived safely. But the service didn’t meet expectations. Our driver was in a rush and my wife who was holding our baby couldn’t keep up with him. Because he was rushing our suitcases fell off the trolley in the car park. I’m not sure why he was rushing we certainly weren’t behind schedule, our flight landed early and we were out in a reasonable time. Our driver’s manner was not overly friendly, he wasn’t rude but as an example he helped with our luggage to the front door and just left… no thank you, or have a nice stay etc. I think he just had somewhere else to be. When I think how much I paid for the service… 165GBP compared to 160AUD in Australia for a private car (brand new MB G class with a professional, friendly driver) to pick us up from home to the airport (55 min journey) I’m left feeling your service didn’t meet the price.

Ric from anglotransfers told me to request the transfer 3 and a half hours before the flight departure. The driver went through villages and neighborhoods for an hour and a half at 20 km/h... it took us 2 hours to get to the airport. We were nervous about missing the flight... the driver told us that you had given me incorrect information because at those times it takes much longer... he didn't get on the highway until an hour and a half later... traffic light after traffic light... You changed the driver 3 times in the last 15 hours... in fact, the driver who came to pick us up was different from the one you reconfirmed to us. He was chatting on his personal phone and watching a camera from his house or a mosque... Of the 3 drivers who contacted me... they all asked for the pickup time and the flight time, and none of them bothered to tell me that they needed to pick me up earlier. The service was not to our liking, we almost missed the flight, and of course, I will not recommend you... despite being a travel agent.

The driver was very attentive and punctual; in fact, he arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The vehicle was clean and spacious.

The rating wasn't excellent because we agreed on and accepted a pickup by the driver in the airport hall, but we had to go find the car in the parking lot. We were given good instructions, and we stayed in contact with the company via WhatsApp at all times. The rest was excellent.

Good service, BUT, the guy who took us didn't speak Spanish as requested on iberotransfers. He was a guy of Indian appearance, polite and helpful. Personally, it doesn't matter to me because I speak English, but I'm mentioning it because it doesn't meet the service you offer.

El traslado de vuelta al aeropuerto también fue impecable. Tuvimos que cambiar la dirección de recogida en el último momento y se adaptaron sin ningún problema ni sobre coste. Nos volvió a tocar Redouan como conductor y no pudimos quedar más contentos. Viajar así da gusto. Gracias por todo.

The driver was very kind; he helped us with the suitcases and the wheelchair, and explained the most touristic sites to us. Come on, with drivers like this, it's a joy. Everything was perfect and I recommend anglotransfers: the communication, everything well explained. I made a change and there was no problem; honestly, a 10/10. A very good company, I recommend it. A pleasure.
