I booked on iberotransfers and requested a Spanish driver but ended with an English speaking driver.
Response from anglotransfers:
We're sorry that you weren't satisfied with the service provided, but we believe we made it quite clear on the website, during the booking process, in the confirmation emails, and in the service conditions that Spanish-speaking drivers are assigned based on availability and in the order of booking. Not only did you not read any of this, but you also booked with less than 5 days' notice, so we no longer had availability to assign a Spanish-speaking driver. Despite this, to compensate in some way, we assigned you a vehicle of a higher category, but it seems that you also didn't appreciate this. What a pity.

Redouan is very friendly and helpful. Perfect coordination with him despite the flight arriving an hour late. I recommend him 100%. Likewise, the company responded very quickly to some doubts we had prior to booking via WhatsApp.
