The drivers could work on being a bit more friendly. They were rather curt and distant.

While the transport from the airport to the hotel was very professional and proper, the return trip was not the same. The driver assigned to us picked us up at a location far from our hotel, forcing us to walk, cross traffic lights and streets while carrying our luggage, even though she could have waited near the hotel in a designated area. She did not speak any Spanish (neither did the driver on the way there, but we had no issue with that) and did not offer to help load the luggage into the vehicle, which we obviously did ourselves. From the moment we left the hotel, she was constantly eating snacks, talking on the phone, and checking various apps on her phone while driving, which made us passengers feel quite uneasy as she seemed distracted from the traffic. To top it off, she stopped at a supermarket to buy water, leaving us three passengers in the vehicle until she returned. Once we resumed our journey, she continued in the same manner and did not offer any help with the luggage upon arrival.

Excellent in every way and a very good driver.
